These terms apply to your use of TradePickup's website and AI phone answering service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
TradePickup sets up and runs an AI receptionist that answers calls for your business, collects caller details, books appointments where configured, and sends you summaries. We configure it using the information you provide.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, prices and emergency instructions.
- Review your receptionist's setup and tell us about anything that needs changing.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business and your calls, including any rules about call recording and notifying callers.
- Keep your account login secure.
Limits of the service
The AI receptionist is a helper, not a replacement for emergency services. It can make mistakes, miss information or be unavailable because of outages at our providers or phone carriers. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for following up with your customers. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect damages.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price agreed when you sign up. Usage above your plan's included call minutes may be billed separately. There is no long-term contract; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing month.
Ending the service
You can cancel by emailing us. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse. When the service ends, we stop answering your calls and you should switch off call forwarding with your carrier.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email before they take effect.
