TradePickup provides AI phone answering for trade businesses such as plumbers, electricians and HVAC companies. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address or phone number, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- Onboarding answers: the business details you enter in our setup form, such as company name, hours, service area, prices and contact numbers.
- Call information: for clients using our service, details of calls the AI answers on their behalf, including caller name, phone number, address, the problem described, recordings and transcripts.
How we use it
- To set up and run your AI receptionist.
- To send you call summaries, bookings and service updates.
- To improve how your receptionist handles calls.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run TradePickup, including hosting, database and authentication, voice AI and phone services. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to create and identify your account.
Storage and security
Your information is stored with our database provider in the United States. Each client can only access their own account data. We keep information while your account is active and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@tradepickup.com.
